MLA is proud to support the launch of Thierry Marx’s new restaurant at Vignoble des Verdots. Opening June 1st, 2025, Maison Wessman unveils its latest culinary venture in the heart of Dordogne’s Vignoble des Verdots — a restaurant designed in collaboration with renowned French chef Thierry Marx.
Nestled in the village of Conne-de-Labarde, this new destination blends bistronomic cuisine, wine tourism, and local sustainability. Spearheaded by Maison Wessman and visionary entrepreneur Robert Wessman, the project aims to transform the estate into a living “eco-village” where gastronomy and nature come together.
While Thierry Marx won’t be in the kitchen daily, his signature is unmistakable: menus will focus on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, crafted by chefs trained under his guidance. With dishes evolving weekly and an accessible price point around 30€, the experience celebrates terroir and creativity in equal measure.
More than a restaurant, the project is a cultural and economic catalyst for the region — with a vegetable garden, future bakery and butcher shop, guest accommodations, and bike rentals all enhancing the visitor journey. MLA is proud to contribute to this innovative hospitality concept — where fine dining meets sustainability in one of France’s most charming wine regions.
